Two Ways to Earn Commissions on Memberships

1. Direct Marketing—Enroll friends, neighbors, relatives, business associates, and groups as members of the plan.

2. Management—Build and manage a sales group*.

*A sales group, created by a sales director, consists of all brokers and members personally recruited and enrolled by the sales director, plus all subsequent brokers and members recruited and enrolled by that sales director’s brokers.

FAQ’s - What is AmeriPlan Dental Care?

AmeriPlan Dental Care is a dental referral organization that offers memberships in its discount dental plan. General dentistry and all specialties are covered. Members can save 25% to 65% on all restorative and cosmetic work (fillings, crowns, braces, etc.) and up to 80% on preventative work (teeth cleaning,

x-rays, etc.)

We believe we have the largest provider base of any dental plan and are continually adding new dentists to the program. These dentists are well-established with successful dental practices. The Prescription Card may be used at over 35,000 pharmacies nationwide. The Vision Care benefits are available at over 12,000 providers nationwide.

How Do I Use the Plan?

Within 10-14 working days of your enrollment, you will receive a Membership Information Guide, Membership Identification Cards, and a Dental, Pharmacy, and Vision Care Directory. Present your identification card to any AmeriPlan provider and you will be eligible to get the discounted rates. You pay the provider at the time of service.
